Court of Appeal

This site contains information about the court as well as information about the court's rules and practice directives and the court schedule.


Court of Queen's Bench

This site contains general information as well as information about civil and criminal law, family law, bankruptcy, enforcement of orders, wills and estates, rules and practice directives, jury information and court locations and sittings in the province.


Provincial Court

This site contains general information about this court as well as information about Adult Criminal Court, Cree Court, Domestic Violence Court, Family Services Court, Municipal (Bylaw) Court, Regina Drug Treatment Court, Moose Jaw Drug Treatment Court, Small Claims Court, Traffic Court, Youth Justice Court and Justices of the Peace. The Court Locations and Sittings feature the locations of all of the court's sitting points. The Saskatchewan Judicial Council link includes information about how Provincial Court judges are appointed and the complaints process.

Important Notices

In order to facilitate access to the Court of Appeal, criminal appeals can be heard by video conference from the Prince Albert Penitentiary.

In order to facilitate greater geographic and economical accessibility to the Court, the Provincial Court has established a Protocol for Telephone Appearances by Counsel in Criminal Matters in order to encourage greater use by counsel when appropriate and to ensure these appearances are arranged efficiently and conducted with the proper decorum required for all Court appearances.
